The management of Randy logistics, needs a logistics billing staff with at least three years’ experience to join our team.

 

Primary Responsibilities

1. Invoice Generation: Create accurate and timely invoices for logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and other related costs.

2. Billing Data Management: Collect, verify, and process billing data, including shipment details, weights, dimensions, and rates.

3. Rate Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics rates, tariffs, and surcharges to ensure accurate billing.

4. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

 

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Auditing and Reconciliation: Perform regular audits to ensure billing accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.

2. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to billing and logistics.

3. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights on billing data to support business decision-making.

4. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve billing processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

 

Administrative Responsibilities

1. Data Entry: Accurately enter billing data into the company's accounting or transportation management system.

2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing transactions, invoices, and payments.

3. Customer Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts, updating existing accounts, and resolving account-related issues.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in accounting or transportation management software

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations and industry standards

- Knowledge in computing; EXCEL, and WOOD is a must.

 

Knowledge in Data analyst is an added advantage

1.Must be a holder of a degree in logistics or related field: Copies of the employee's degree certificates (e.g., college degree).

2. Transcripts: Official transcripts from educational institutions.

3. Diplomas: Copies of the employee's diplomas.
